I have a background in communications, along with experience in retail and hospitality management, where I've worked closely with both teams and customers in fast-paced, people-centered environments. Those experiences taught me how to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and truly understand what people need, not just what looks good on the surface.

I started Socials by Sio after experiencing firsthand how quickly social media can become overwhelming. Running a business already asks so much of you, and at some point, social media turns into another full-time job - something you know matters, but don't always have the time or energy to manage consistently or thoughtfully. So, I wanted to create a way for small businesses, creatives, and independent brands to show up online with intention and without having to carry all of it alone.
